The 5,400 sq. ft. hatchery houses holding, spawning, and experimental tanks along with a small recirculating culture system. Additional buildings provide storage areas for feed, chemicals, tools and seines. A research and demonstration 28 building for value-added product development provides opportunities to measure dress-out yield of fish in production studies and develop new value-added products from aquaculture.
